What to Expect in a Library Training Session

What to expect at an online one to one library training session

For online training sessions, we use the video meeting software Zoom.  

You will get an email from “Information Literacy” with instructions on how to join the session. The email will include a unique link for you to join the meeting. 

The librarian will have their camera on. You can choose to have your camera on or off. 

The librarian will ask you to share your screen. They will explain how to share your screen and guide you through the session. 

If you have any accessibility requirements or reasonable adjustments to make the session work better for you, please let us know.

The training session will last up to one hour. After the session, the librarian will send you an email with more information and a link to our feedback survey.
