Here at the RCN Library and Museum we are constantly trying to improve and increase the accessibility and inclusivity of our events. There will always be the opportunity to share feedback with us after your visit so please let us know what we can do to make our events better.

All online events have automated subtitles via Zoom, visit their website for more information about accessibility.
Seating
Although our in-person events are ticketed there are no assigned seats. If you would like to sit close to the front or near a speaker, for example, please contact us or speak to our team at the event and we will ensure you are seated in a place that enables you to fully engage with the event.
Getting around our building
There is step-free access to locations throughout the RCN building. Please contact us if you have any concerns and we will do our best to help you plan your visit.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome at our Library and Museum, including at all events.
Baby changing and feeding
Visitors are very welcome to breastfeed and bottle-feed their babies in all areas of the Library and Museum (including the galleries). Please speak to a staff member if you need any assistance.
There are accessible toilets with baby changing facilities located on the Ground and Lower Ground floors.
Safety
Hand sanitiser and wipes are available at the Library and Museum help desks. Please speak to staff if you need any further assistance.
